Maximum Delivery Time

Delivery Issues

If we fail to deliver your order within the applicable delivery timeframe, you may contact us to request delivery within an additional reasonable period. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information. If your carrier is unable to deliver to the address provided, additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.
