Order Processing
Same-day processing for orders placed before 2 PM CET. Orders placed after 2 PM CET or on weekends will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking confirmation email once your order ships.
Maximum Delivery Time
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, if we do not specify a delivery date, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery Issues
Delayed Delivery
If we fail to deliver your order within the applicable delivery timeframe, you may contact us to request delivery within an additional reasonable period. If we still fail to deliver, you may have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged products
- Your order number
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information. If your carrier is unable to deliver to the address provided, additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.
