Order Processing
Same-day processing Same-day processing for orders placed before 2 PM CET. Orders placed after 2 PM CET or on weekends will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking confirmation email once your order ships.
Maximum Delivery Time

Delivery Issues

Damaged Deliveries

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information. If your carrier is unable to deliver to the address provided, additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.
